Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Department Manager specialized in Low Current Systems to lead purchasing activities, manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials for projects such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Public Address, Data Network, AV, BMS, and related ELV systems.

Description

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the full procurement cycle for low current projects, including supplier sourcing, price negotiation, technical compliance checking, purchase order processing, delivery follow-up, and cost control. The role requires strong knowledge of ELV/low current materials, market prices, approved brands, and project requirements.

The candidate will coordinate with sales, estimation, engineering, projects, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure that all materials are purchased at the best price, with the correct specifications, and delivered on time.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Low Current / ELV systems.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA System, AV, BMS, and networking materials.
Experience dealing with local and international suppliers.
Ability to negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
Good understanding of technical datasheets, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
Ability to compare quotations technically and commercially.
Strong vendor management and supplier evaluation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Experience in Saudi market suppliers is preferred.
